Terms and Conditions
These terms govern access to and use of Data Diggers services, websites, demos, and related materials. They should be reviewed together with any commercial agreement, statement of work, or deployment-specific order form.
1. Scope
Data Diggers provides enterprise AI software, integration services, implementation support, and related technical materials. The exact scope of services depends on the agreement signed with each client.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with service operations, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in violation of applicable laws, regulations, confidentiality obligations, or third-party rights.
3. Client Data
Client data remains the property of the client or its licensors. Data Diggers only processes client data as required to deliver the contracted service, subject to deployment architecture, security controls, and any signed data-processing terms.
4. Security and Deployment
Security responsibilities may be shared depending on whether the platform is deployed within the client environment, a managed environment, or a hybrid architecture. Specific security commitments are defined in the applicable commercial and technical documentation.
5. Intellectual Property
Data Diggers retains all rights, title, and interest in its software, documentation, branding, and related intellectual property, except where otherwise expressly agreed in writing. No implied license is granted.
6. Warranties and Liability
Unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract, services are provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited as set out in the governing client agreement.
7. Governing Documents
If there is any conflict between these terms and a signed agreement between Data Diggers and a client, the signed agreement will control for that client relationship.
